1xbit Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 1xbit platform — whether through the website at 1xbit.bz, through the mobile application available from the Download page, or through any other means of access — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 1xbit as the platform operator. This agreement governs all activity on the platform including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, live casino, fish shooting games, and any promotional or bonus engagement.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or are accessing it in a way that affects someone else, you represent that you have authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf and that doing so is lawful under applicable circumstances. 2. Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a 1xbit account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You do not already hold an active or suspended 1xbit account under any name or identity.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 1xbit employee in a role that provides access to platform operations, odds setting, or game management.
• You understand that online gaming involves real money risk and you are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to use for entertainment.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 1xbit, you must register an account through the Register page. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, contact details, and any other information requested during the sign-up process.

You must not register using false details, another person's identity, or a temporary or disposable contact method. 1xbit may at any time request documentation to verify the information you have provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and any pending withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is completed.

• Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, and per device.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account details including registered name and payment methods cannot be transferred to another person.
• Accounts registered with inaccurate details may be suspended without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 1xbit are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via the following methods:

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. 1xbit does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where technically possible.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically same-day for standard amounts.
• Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• 1xbit reserves the right to carry out identity checks before processing any withdrawal.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 1xbit covers a wide range of markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, tennis, and more. All bets placed through the Sports section are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform and may be suspended during key moments of a match.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void before completion, bets may be settled as void depending on the specific rules applicable to that market — which will be stated in the market description.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet slip. These are shown before you confirm a wager.
• 1xbit reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of manipulation, match-fixing, or irregular market activity.
• Parlays and accumulator bets are subject to combined odds rules — if one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated without that selection.

7. Casino & Live Casino

Casino games available through the Casino section use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested by the game software providers. Live casino games available through Live Casino are operated by third-party live dealer studios and governed by the rules presented at each table.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by the relevant RNG or live dealing system and are outside the control of 1xbit.
• Game results are final once the round is complete. Technical malfunctions that affect game display but not the underlying outcome do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• If a technical failure interrupts a game mid-round and the outcome cannot be determined, the wager for that round will be returned to your balance.

9. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xbit and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games without genuine human input.
• Placing bets with the knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to launder money.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform's code or infrastructure.
• Abusing the customer support system with false claims to obtain undue refunds or credits.
• Sharing your account access with any other person, whether voluntarily or through negligence.

10. Privacy & Data
